About

Your pet's tag is custom made by an amazing local business on the East Coast of Australia called Animals in charge.

They're a Petsy Partner and we've worked alongside them for many years.


Not only are the tags ethically made, ID tags also help to keep your pet safe. We thought it would make a great welcome gift for you and your pet to enjoy.  Each tag is individually crafted with your pet's details on it, made especially for you and your pet.


Tags are available for both cats and dogs.


Shipping times: Submit your order by the 15th or 30th each month.

Orders typically ship from Animals In Charge within 2-3 business days from those dates.

    Submit your nominated address for delivery using the order form below. We ship to street addresses and PO boxes anywhere in Australia.

  • Characters are filled with black
  • 20mm brass ring to secure to your animal's collar

Sizing


Small - 25mm in diameter. Cats and smaller dogs (Cavoodle, Jack Russell, Chihuahua, Dachshunds etc) will suit this size.


Large - 32mm in diameter. All dogs medium and larger (Staffy, Shepherd Dogs, Labrador, Rottweilers etc) will suit this size.

Terms and conditions


  • Pet tags are free of charge to Petsy customers who obtained their pet insurance policy via petsy.com.au using the promo code FINDER
  • Offer is valid to customers who hold an active and current pet insurance policy
  • Limit of 1 tag per policy
  • All fields in the form must be filled out for the order to be processed
  • Each tag is custom made and cannot be changed after the form is submitted
  • No refunds or returns
  • Tags are organised after the 30-day cooling-off period ends
  • Tags are ordered by Petsy on the 15th and 30th of each month. Please submit your form as soon as possible to have it be included in the following shipment.


Delivery times


Your pet's tag is custom made by a small local business based and $1 of each tag that we fund is donated to animal rescue.


While we consciously choose to support local, working with a third party means that the tags can be subject to delays that are outside of our control. Delivery delays can be caused by many factors. We will always do our best to get the tags out to you as quickly as possible.
