Hello and welcome to Petsy! We're so glad to have you part of our pack.  Thanks for entering the code PETSYPET - with this code you receive a free personalised pet tag that's individually handmade for your pet! A portion of every tag we send out is donated to animal rescue.

About

Your pet's tag is custom made by an amazing local business based in Melbourne called Animals in charge.

They're a Petsy Partner and we've loved working with them for many years.


Not only are the tags beautifully made, they also help to keep your pet safe. We thought it would make the perfect welcome gift for you and your pet to enjoy.  Each tag is individually hand stamped one character at a time with your pet's details on it, crafted specially for you and your pet.


The tags are available for both cats and dogs and there are a range of designs to choose from.


Shipping times: Please allow for up to one month from the date you submit your form to receive your pet tag.
Submit your form before the last day of the month to have your pet's order included in the following month's shipment.

    Select your favourite from 3 different tag designs

  • Step 2: Choose a tag style and metal

    Each tag design comes in two disc sizes:

    • Small (25mm) 
    • Large (32mm)

    They also come in two metals:

    • Silver
    • Gold
  • Step 3: Let us know your details

    Submit your nominated address for delivery using the order form below. We can ship to street addresses and PO boxes anywhere in Australia.

Terms and conditions


  • Pet tags are free of charge to Petsy customers who obtained their pet insurance policy via petsy.com.au using the promo code PETSYPET
  • Offer is valid to customers who hold an active and current pet insurance policy
  • Limit of 1 tag per policy
  • All fields in the form must be filled out for the order to be processed
  • Each tag is custom made and cannot be changed after the form is submitted
  • No refunds or returns
  • Tags are organised after the 30-day cooling-off period ends
  • Tags are ordered by Petsy at the end of every month. Please submit your form as soon as possible to have it be included in the following months shipment


Delivery times and COVID-19 update


Your pet's tag is custom made by a small local business based in Melbourne and $1 of each tag that we fund is donated to animal rescue.


While we consciously choose to support local, working with a third party means that the tags can be subject to delays that are outside of our control. Delivery delays can be caused by many factors, including the challenges of COVID-19. We will always do our best to get the tags out to you as quickly as possible.


Please submit your order form before the last day of the month to have your pet's order included in the following month's shipment.
